AGM Design Solutions, LLC is a turn-key design/build company that has proudly served the Houston community since 2011. Our story began in 1983 when President Will Oviedo and his wife, Melody, built their first home together. With years of experience designing and constructing custom homes, Will has a deep passion for creating beautiful spaces.

In 2015, Garret Oviedo joined the family business after earning his degree in Construction Management from LSU. With his background in construction, Garret returned to Texas to help lead AGM. Melody, a licensed realtor brings valuable expertise with her knowledge of residential construction contracts, her knowledge in construction financing as well as after-construction financing. Together, our family works diligently to provide exceptional service throughout the home building process.

We focus on turning your vision into reality, whether you're building new or renovating an existing home. We offer a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials, a two-year warranty on wiring and plumbing defects, and a ten-year structural warranty.
